The client had reached a crossroad with the property he had lived in for a few years; always wanting to renovate and breathe life into what was a very dated property. But our client didn’t think he had funds to do it! Working closely with our client to understand more about what he wanted we were able to best manage his budget and prioritise key areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom.

We suggested he remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room, therefore, creating a large and spacious kitchen/diner. He loved the end result and was really happy at the practical use of space and the light it brought into the room from the garden. We soon got to work on the other areas of the house, altering the layout & fitting a new bathroom suite, decorating the property inside & out as well as building a lovely little shed at the bottom of the garden to hide away from the kids!

The key benefit for our clients is that we’ve been doing up homes for years, so we’re able to pass on all our experience on everything from colour schemes right through to kitchen appliances, thus giving scope to work to any budget.
