This client has built up a portfolio of 1 & 2 bedroom luxury apartments across London. Their strategy involves buying rundown or dated properties in prominent rental areas with a view to adding their own unique stamp to them. This one bedroom property positioned in the heart of Vauxhall was in desperate need of modernisation.

After being briefed on our clients plans we sought the relevant permission and set about dismantling and disposal of the old kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom fixtures & fittings. Working to our clients budget we supplied and fitted a new Intergas heating system (including radiators and underfloor heating), kitchen units, bathroom, beautiful oak engineered flooring throughout and a full electrical rewire. 

The end result was a beautiful and contemporary apartment which was rented out within 2 weeks of the works completion. Needless to say our client was really happy and we're currently in the planning phase of another project.
