HOW WE WORK FOR YOU

Over the last six years we have been working directly for estate agents and we have perfected our working practices with our clients. If we find a better way of working with our clients or an agent wants us to respond in a certain way, we will do our very best to implement it. We know that in asking us to carry out works on your behalf we are representing your company, hence, we need to maintain the same professional standards as you.

From receiving a work order, to obtaining access, carrying out the work and sending across relevant paperwork – you will find us totally professional and flexible throughout the whole process.

OUR PRICING

We keep our pricing as transparent and simple as possible so that you know how much a call-out for a tradesperson will cost. We have a standard charge for the first hour and then we only charge you for every other 30 minute times. No charging you for travel time to the property or being stuck in traffic, simply from the time we arrive at your door until we successfully complete the job to your satisfaction. Fair, honest and straightforward.

What are your tradesmen’s qualifications?
All our tradesmen are relevantly qualified so for example, an NicEIC qualified electrician will work on electrics and a Gas Safe engineer carries out work on boilers. 

Do you have Liability Insurance?
We have a £5,000,000.00 cover. We are more than happy to supply a copy of our cover with your quote.

What timings can we expect?
We aim to respond to enquiries immediately and provide quotes within 24 to 36 hours from receiving a work order. Obviously for more involved projects it can sometimes take a little longer while we collate costing’s. However we always keep you posted as to status of jobs - we realise that communication is key.

Which areas do you cover?
We are based in South West London but cover the majority of London boroughs.
