HOW WE WORK FOR YOU

We supply services for a number of landlords, from second home owners’ through to businesses with a portfolio of 30 properties. From repairing a window to carrying out a full redecoration, we take on the task of communicating with all parties concerned, including you, the owner, of course! Leave the task to us and you will be rewarded with happy tenants, a competitively-priced solution for your problem and a good job done!

We will take the day-to-day maintenance stress off of your hands, allowing you to concentrate on some of life’s other challenges.

OUR PRICING

We keep our pricing as transparent and simple as possible so that you know how much a call-out for a tradesperson will cost. We have a standard charge for the first hour and then we only charge you for every other 30 minute times. No charging you for travel time to the property or being stuck in traffic, simply from the time we arrive at your door until we successfully complete the job to your satisfaction. Fair, honest and straightforward.

What makes us different?
We operate a fresh and flexible approach to all our projects, meaning you the client can have a much or as little involvement as you like.

I only have a limited amount of money to carry out so much work.
We will work with you at all times in order to maximize the impact of your investment. Working to your budget we will give you the best options to make your money go further, from suppliers of kitchen & bathroom fittings, to interiors and storage. You will be amazed at the quality finish you can achieve by using a little imagination.  

How quickly can you attend?
From receiving a request we normally respond within 24 hours but of course if your request is a plumbing or electrical emergency we will attend as soon as required. 

I live overseas and would like to see what the problem is, is this possible?
All of our work is photographically supported if requested so we are more than happy to send imagery as required. We can also record video imagery too so you just need to ask.

Do we charge for quotes?
No! We never charge for a quote to be carried out, we happily provide you with a detailed and itemised (if required) report so that everyone is clear at the outset what is required.
